Just a quick update to let you know that I will be performing this Thursday, May 3rd for the opening night of 50 Years of Rolling Stones Photography Exhibit! Here is a little write-up from the Analogue Gallery website: Celebrating 50 years of The Rolling Stones, Analogue Gallery presents a retrospective of stunning images from some of rock and roll’s finest photographers. Included is Philip Townsend’s early image of a young, boyish-looking group photographed along the banks of the Thames, renowned photographs by Barrie Wentzell and Ken Regan that document the band’s rise to success in the 1960s and 1970s, and present-day portraits by Lynn Goldsmith. This exhibition uniquely depicts one of music’s most legendary acts through both famous and rarely-seen photos spanning their incredible 50-year career. The exhibit will run from May 3-June 3 as part of the Scotiabank CONTACT Photography Festival.
